Matt Kaye, my friend is posting ads on Craigslist AGAIN.
I would like to be clear that after you finish your J.O. on the train set, you can yell like a monster as loud as you want, but you must stomp and kick the trains LIGHTLY. Matt gave them to his son for Christmas last year and doesn’t want them broken.
And, as an added bonus, if you are the first person over 60 to respond to this ad, I would like to donate the following. It has been in my family for generations. P.S – We’re from Maryland, so we know what we are talking about.
| IMITATION CRAB SALAD | |

1 pkg. imitation (frozen) crab meat (chopped) Matt will give you as much as you want.
1 med. onion, chopped fine 1 med. bell pepper, chopped fine 1 tsp. parsley flakes 2 stalks celery, chopped fine 1 clove garlic (or garlic powder) Seafood seasoning (McCormick’s), to taste Salt to taste Sweet or dill pickles, chopped, to taste 2 boiled eggs, chopped fine 2 c. leftover Kraft dinner (already cold – completely fixed with cheese, etc.) 2 tsps “man juice”. 1 tsp. mustard 3 tbsp. Italian dressing (approx.) Note: The longer this “marinates” together, the better!! Combine all to consistency of a “lumpy” potato salad, add Italian dressing before “man juice”, as to not get too watery.Serves 4-6, depending on hunger.
Very good if you are eating alone.
Can also be served with fried fish or boiled crawfish as a side dish.
This is a spectacular dish for a church pot-luck.
